Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has added seven properties to its wellbeing collection, taking the curated portfolio to 21 hotels worldwide, one year after its launch
The new members span the mountains of India and Italy, the forests of Finland and Transylvania, and the tropical landscapes of Bali and Panama
Among the additions is Dharana at Shillim in Pune, India, where modern diagnostics meet Ayurveda, therapeutic <a href="https://healthylife7.com/a-vegan-fosters-good-nutrition-in-pregnancy/” title=”A Vegan Fosters Good Nutrition in Pregnancy”>nutrition, yoga and breathwork within the UNESCO-listed Sahyadri Mountains
Its 99 villas sit amid protected forest, lakes and hills, with treatments covering sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery and metabolic health, and an earth-to-table dining philosophy drawing on produce from the retreat’s gardens

In Bali, REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort pairs functional fitness, hydrotherapy and mindfulness with traditional Balinese healing rituals in Nusa Dua, while Zabola Estate in Transylvania centres on woodland walks, horse riding and wildlife encounters
On Panama’s Pacific coast, Sansara Surf & Yoga Resort focuses on surfing, yoga and creative dining, and Finland’s Skýra Retreat embraces sauna rituals, cold-water immersion and forest bathing
In South Tyrol, Hotel Saltus draws on its alpine setting with a woodland Forest Spa and panoramic Sky Pools, while The Retreat Costa Rica, set atop a crystal-quartz mountain, combines yoga with sound healing and crystal mountain hikes

The new arrivals join existing members Acro Suites in Crete with its cave-inspired architecture which focuses on breathwork and sound healing; Namia River Retreat in Hoi An which incorporates Vietnamese duong sinh breathing and riverside rituals; and Rio Perdido in Costa Rica with its thermal waters and canyoning
SLH has a collection of more than 700 independently owned hotels across over 100 countries and recently doubled its Australian portfolio with five Salter Brothers properties
