    Dino Bones Resist Painting: 10:30 a.m., Carbon Valley Regional Library, 7 Park Ave., Firestone. In this hands-on art adventure, young paleontologists will choose a dinosaur design and then, using a resist painting technique, kids will map out their dinosaur’s bones before painting bold colors all around them. When the paint dries and the tape peels away, funky fossils appear as if they’ve been unearthed from ancient rock. Free, highplains.libcal.com

    Cosmic Smoke Wagon concert: 6 p.m., Bricks on Main, 471 Main St., Longmont. Cosmic Smoke Wagon formed in late 2023, born from a shared love of heavy rock and stoner metal.     Teen Dungeons & Dragons: 6 p.m. Tuesday, Longmont Public Library, 409 Fourth Ave., Longmont. Sixth through 12th graders who have some experience playing Dungeons & Dragons are invited to come and play friendly campaigns. The most experienced players will Dungeon Master and more experienced players will help along players without as much experience. This is a teen-powered program.
