To mark the launch of the campaign, Herbs of Gold and CARiNG Pharmacy hosted “She Deserves It: Yoga in Nature,” bringing together more than 100 women for a rejuvenating morning surrounded by nature. The launch event reflected the campaign’s purpose of encouraging women to pause, reconnect with themselves, and make their well-being a priority. Set amidst lush greenery, participants experienced mindful movement through yoga, alongside wellness sharing sessions and meaningful conversations centred on women’s health.
More than just a wellness event, the gathering reinforced the campaign’s core message that when women prioritise their own health and well-being, they are better equipped to care for the people who matter most. Through movement, connection, and shared experiences, participants were reminded that self-care is not selfish, but an essential investment in living healthier, happier lives
