Gracie McGraw, the eldest daughter of country music stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, has opened up about how taking Ozempic for three years affected both her mental health and her relationship with her body. The 29-year-old actress and singer revealed on Instagram that while the medication helped manage her polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) symptoms and led to significant weight loss, it also caused her eating disorder to resurface, per Page Six

Gracie said she first started using Ozempic in 2022 after being diagnosed with PCOS. Although she initially believed it was the right decision, she later realized the weight loss had reinforced unhealthy thoughts about her appearance and self-worth

In a series of Instagram stories, Gracie reflected on how quickly people’s attitudes toward her changed after she lost weight. She said she noticed differences in the way she was treated socially and professionally, which made it harder to recognize that her eating disorder had returned. “It also brought back my ED and negative views on my body,” she wrote, per People

Gracie also spoke about growing up in the spotlight as the daughter of two famous musicians. She said she spent years being compared to her parents and younger sisters, Maggie and Audrey, and often faced criticism about her appearance

She explained that the constant comments left a lasting impact on her confidence and body image, making it easier to fall back into harmful habits once she began losing weight. Even after becoming thinner, she said she never felt satisfied with how she looked
